Practice Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to lead our busy General Practices with the day to day running across 2 sites in Toowoomba.The Practice Manager role will be responsible for the day to day Management across our busy General Practices - Northpoint Medical and Eastside Health on Mary.
Located in Toowoomba and East Toowoomba.The Role, your key responsibilities will be to:Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the practice.Oversee and manage Support staff (Nurse, Receptionist and Cleaners).Support /Coordinate GP Registrars (RACGP and ACRRM).Managing Staff Rosters.Daily workload, ensuring effective utilisation and flow.Maintain clinic policies and procedures.Recruitment and workforce planning.Support cash flow Management.Handling Patient inquiries/complaints where applicable.Ensure consumables and equipment are kept stocked and maintained.Be part of and contribute to a positive team environment.Oversee that clinic and rooms are clean, tidy and accessible.Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting to Management Team when required.Maintain efficiency of the clinic and maximise profitability.Contribute to the development of a culture consistent with values of the clinic.Meet PKI Targets set by Management.The ideal candidate for this role will have/be:Previous experience in a Management Role/Preferable in Medical industry or similar Role.People management including roster and performance management.Ability to problem solve and attention to detail.Ability to build relationships and demonstrate and encourage leadership and teamwork.Compliance and risk management experience.Excellent verbal and written communication.Strong organisational skills.Ability to work across a range of priorities daily.Ability to travel between locations.This role will report to Directors and Practice General Manager (Responsible for the Business and Financial aspects of both Practices).Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a practice manager?How many years of people management experience do you have?#J-18808-Ljbffr
