Practice Manager

Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Oversee client engagements and resource allocation, ensure the delivery of high-quality accounting services, and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
Implement quality control measures and risk management to ensure accuracy and reliability in financial reporting and accounting practices.
Streamline and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Strategic planning aligning operational activities with business goals.
Policy development and implementation.
Staff Management and Development: Financial and operational budgeting and reporting.
Qualifications: Experience in managing a team or leading a practice.
Extensive knowledge in accounting processes, financial reporting, tax regulations, and compliance.
Process improvements, work allocation, budgeting, and technology integration.
Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Payroll, staff recruitment, and implementing office procedures.
Proficient in Xero, Karbon, and Practice Ignition.

Work visa can be provided for this role.
Expected salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
