The Role This is a Full Time Practice Manager role in Royal Park and is a great opportunity to support close-knit teams and doctors who are proud of the service they provide to their patients. Royal Park Medical Centre is one of the 4 metropolitan Urgent Care Clinics in South Australia and ForHealth are the leading provider of urgent care clinics nationwide. You will be heavily involved in the successful running of the clinic helping to reduce pressure on our hospitals and emergency departments, allowing them to focus on higher urgency and life-threatening conditions.
The Tasks Identify, review, and troubleshoot operational issuesIdentify areas of improvement and drive changeMonitoring practice safety and standards across the clinicProvide exceptional customer serviceMonitor rosters and budgetsRecruitment of StaffAbility to work within documented policies and procedures ( SOP's)Liaise with various stakeholders, including the National Operations Manager, Regional Managers, and internal stakeholders within the centre The Successful Candidate Proven Leadership and Management experience ideally in the healthcare industryQualification in Business Administration or Diploma of Practice Management preferredStrong organisational and time management skillsOutstanding communication and customer service skillsA passion for people and a personable approachThe Benefits 20% of dental for you and your family members24/7 access to our EAPUniforms provided Free onsite parkingBonus potential on top of salary
