Seeking a dynamic, experienced Practice Manager to oversee a well-established Medical Centre located in Seville Grove. Working alongside our Business Manager and a well-established reception team, you will be joining a great team.
The role You will be the first point of contact for all clinical and non-clinical staff and responsible for the daily operations of the clinic.
Responsibilities Include: Be a core part of the Leadership Team and be involved in key decision making and proven record of leading by example.Lead the team with a key focus on enhancing and strengthening a high-performance culture.Maintain and nurture a positive environment in which a diverse workforce can grow and develop.Management of reception staff.Knowledge of Medicare system (Services Australia) including billing, batching, online claiming, MBS interpretation and PRODA including WIP & PIP protocols.Understand high performance in general practice (clinical) including governance and compliance, profitability, legislative requirements, accreditation, strategic planning and implementation, and refining of policies and procedures.Directing and maintaining quality improvement activities for clinical and non-clinical staff, creating reports and reporting back to the Directors.Ability to build a professional relationship with doctors, administration and nursing staff, allied health practitioners, drug representatives, patients and third-party vendors.Previous experience as a Practice Manager of a GP Medical Practice is essential.
