Practice Manager

Orange, Blue Mountains & Central West NSW Central West Cardiology is an established private practice based in Orange, Central West NSW. Our team consists of specialist Cardiologists who are supported by cardiac sonographers, cardiac technicians, nurses, and administrative staff. In addition to patient consultations, we offer a large range of diagnostic testing and provide cardiac diagnostic imaging service to Orange hospital as well as a service to local towns. We currently have 5 Cardiologists. Our culture is that of professionalism, integrity, and the provision of an outstanding level of customer service. The atmosphere is friendly, harmonious, and respectful. The admin team is very patient focused. The role requires working collaboratively with the partners of the practice, and the admin team to oversee and facilitate the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the practice. Duties would include, but are not limited to: Ordering office supplies, Office management, Rostering for 16 staff, recruitment, HR management Medicare batching, health fund & third-party billing, IT, and financial reporting.
