You will be reporting to the firm Principal overseeing the firm's HR and office management functions to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will be crucial in shaping strategic plans and developing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution Leadership and Management Financial Oversight Operational Oversight Client Relations and Business Development Human Resources Management Technology and Innovation Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within a legal or professional services environment. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
