Practice Manager job on the Northern Beaches Your new company Due to an internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity to work with a nationwide healthcare provider has become available. Forming part of a small, close-knit and successful practice, the role of Practice Manager has full responsibility for managing an existing team of administration support, doctors and nurses while overseeing financial performance, marketing and growth. This role will ideally suit an experienced Practice Manager, Senior Receptionist or Assistant Practice Manager looking to step up in their career. Your new role , In this role you will be responsible for: Management of reception staff and rostas Building and facilities management Finance, including processing timesheets and financial reporting Patient care including booking and rebooking appointments Overall operational responsibility for the practice What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will need: Previous healthcare sector experience Ideally knowledge of Best Practice or other practice management software Strong MS Office experience Ability to lead and motivate a team Ideally qualifications in Practice Management, Business Administration or Frontline Management What you'll get in return Location close to public transport links and onsite parking 38 hour week Monday to Friday - flexible working can be discussed Bonus incentives and opportunities to increase your take-home salary throughout the year Ongoing professional development Invites to national internal and external conferences What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
