Connect Paediatric Therapy Services – Karratha WA
As the Practice Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage a small team, and foster positive relationships with families and the community.
Working closely with our clinic leadership, clinicians, and administrative staff, you'll help optimise client experience, improve clinic processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations, including reception duties, client intake, appointment bookings, team scheduling, and paymentsEnhance and maintain the client journey to ensure an outstanding experience for clients and their familiesLiaise with external stakeholders to ensure the effective running of group programs and school bookingsOversee fleet vehicles and facilities including maintenance activities and asset managementLead and develop a diverse business administration teamImplement practice improvements and policies to support quality of careAct as the main point of contact for staff and clients, managing feedback and resolving issuesEnsure compliance with healthcare and workplace standards and regulationsThe successful candidate will have: Experience in business administration in a health setting.Experience or the ability to lead a team.Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated high level time management, customer service, decision making, organisational and administrative skills, including use of Microsoft Office suite.High standards of professional integrity and accountability.Passion for supporting and empowering families in regional WAQualification in Business, Administration or Practice Management.An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).Working understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety and Equal Opportunity Legislation.What we offer: Additional 1-week North West Leave after 12 months of servicePaid Professional Development Leave – up to 3 days paid leave (pro-rata)Loyalty Leave – 1-week additional leave (pro-rata) after 3 years' service.8 weeks Paid Parental Leave Entitlement – for primary carer.Structured clinical supervision – regular line management supervision, peer supervision, multi/trans-disciplinary training workshops every 6 weeks.Weekly whole team meetings.Professional growth and development – an environment of continuous and lifelong learningResources - use of work laptop, work mobile phone (during clinic hours)Access to quality Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providing free sessions with qualified psychologists to help improve mental health and overall wellbeing.Work in a multidisciplinary team (over 200 years of combined experience) to support the needs of children and their families.Career progression opportunities with a 'promote within' culture.Structured 'end of term' social eventsAbout Connect Connect Paediatric Therapy Services is the leading paediatric therapy service in the North West and has been thriving since 2017.
