Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary practice management, excellent leadership skills, and a genuine love for animals!!
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Lead Veterinarian to manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care.
Mentor and develop veterinary nurses, providing guidance and support to help them advance in their careers.
Supervise clinic staff and cultivate a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment.
Assist the Lead Vet in overseeing financial management.
Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote the clinic and attract new clients.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and clean clinic environment.
Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective communication.
Work closely with veterinarians to enhance patient care and contribute to continuous service improvements.
Qualifications:
Essential: IV Veterinary Nursing qualification.
Proven experience in veterinary practice management or a similar managerial role within a clinical environment.
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Ezyvet (preferred but not essential).
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
