Hobart ENT is offering an exciting position for an experienced medical specialist Practice Manager who would enjoy being a valued member of our busy, ever-growing practice, situated in well-established rooms in South Hobart.
We are a privately owned practice, with a small team committed to delivering excellent quality healthcare to our patients. Supported by our practice directors, this diverse and stimulating role is offered on a full-time basis.
Your experience in leading teams will be integral in supporting our mission to further develop our growing practice.
Performance Criteria we are looking for: Demonstrated experience in a specialist practice, with a particular emphasis on human resource management, systems and processes, health promotion and business development.Experience and competency in all areas of IT, including proficiency with Genie software/Eclipse and a sound knowledge of health funds/Medicare.Financial management experience, including bookkeeping (XERO preferably), payroll and debtor/creditor management.Ability to develop and manage your team through strong and effective leadership.Strong organisational skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.Strength in building patient and stakeholder relationships in a dynamic environment.Advanced written and oral communication skills.Ability to adapt to changing situations with ease and calm.If you have the passion, drive, interpersonal and management skills for this rewarding position, please submit your resume, with an attached cover letter, addressing the criteria required.
