Practice Manager

Position Details - Employment Type: 0.6 to 1 FTE (negotiable)
-Salary: $70,000 – $80,000, based on experience.  This will increase as the practice increases in size
- Start Date: To be negotiated; initial training and induction will be provided at The Lindisfarne Clinic.
Key Responsibilities - Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Supporting the clinic in gaining RACGP accreditation as soon as possible after opening
- Providing a welcoming environment for patients and staff
- Assisting with administrative tasks and working with back-office support for accounting and HR
- Working collaboratively to grow the practice
Ideal Candidate - Experience in general practice as a receptionist or practice manager
- Skilled in Proda and Best Practice software (desirable)
- Excellent people skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities and a motivation to help the practice thrive
