With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups.
ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a strong healthcare background, to join our Brisbane Airport Clinic (Turrbal and Yuggera Country), on a full-time basis.
In this important position, you will play a critical role in growing the clinic as well as leading and managing its day-to-day operations.
DUTIES The overall management of the practice, ensuring it operates smoothly on a daily basisCoordinating / liaising with doctorsMonitoring accounts, budgets and finance management as well as information technologyHuman resources; training, mentoring and management of administration and nursing staffProviding a high level of assistance and communication to patientsBusiness Development and promotion of the clinic focusing on Occupational Health servicesCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Practice Manager within the medical industry.
Occupational Health experience will be highly regarded. Experience in leading teams, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
