Join us in making a difference!ABOUT THE ROLE:We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager with a solid healthcare background to lead our Canberra Clinic, located in Phillip, ACT (Ngambri and Ngunnawal Country).
This full-time role (approximately 38 hours per week) offers an exciting opportunity to drive the clinic's growth and ensure the smooth running of its daily operations.WHAT YOU'LL DO:As an integral part of our team, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and take charge of the clinic's operations, including:Overseeing day-to-day management to ensure the clinic runs efficientlyCoordinating and liaising with doctors and healthcare professionalsManaging finances, budgets, accounts, and IT systemsLeading, training, and mentoring a team of administration and nursing staffDelivering exceptional patient care and ensuring effective communicationPromoting our Occupational Health services to grow the clinic's presenceWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:We're seeking someone with experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry, ideally in General Practice or Occupational Health settings.
You should have proven experience leading teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
