We are looking for a Practice Manager to join and lead our Fairfield team!
You will be joining a team of dedicated vets and highly experienced nurses - our Vet Director who is passionate about surgery is completing her GP Certificate in small animal surgery! We encourage open communication and contribution of ideas from all team members, and we understand that it takes a team to provide excellent client and patient care, and that starts at the top!

About Your New Role
Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
Ensuring that monthly KPI's are met
Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners
About Your Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in team management, with strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members
An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good business acumen and organisational skills
Experience with Rx Works preferred but not essential
