Practice Manager - Chatswood

Early Start Australia (ESA) is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join our Chatswood clinic!
As the Senior Administrator, you play a pivotal role in the clinic's success and are the first point of contact for the families in the community who utilize our services. You will also be responsible for:
Reception dutiesAppointment scheduling for therapist/cliniciansHandling accountsManaging caseloads of therapist productivityData entryGeneral support to clinicians/therapist/officeWhat do you need to join? Our Chatswood clinic has been providing speech pathology and occupational therapy services to the Chatswood community since 2010. We provide our services to children and young people (12 months to 17 years) to support their development in play, communication, self-care, and academic skills.
