Practice Manager And Client Services Administrator

Recruiting for two roles, Practice Manager and Client Services Administrator, to assist the Partners with managing the accounting firm.This role will suit someone who wants to advance quickly and possesses the commitment and work ethic required to do so.We're a young, fast-growing firm in Brisbane City, that rewards high performance.

As we are recruiting for two roles, you'll commence as a Client Services Administrator or Practice Manager.
The Practice Manager role is expected to develop into an Operations Manager / General Manager role for the right candidate.The position will be 5 days a week, between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 12pm on Friday.Primarily, we're looking for is the right personality traits.

However once trained, your long-term responsibilities will include:Workflow (project) management of client engagementsClient communicationsOnboarding new clientsClient group record maintenanceManaging software programsBalancing internal resources with client requirements and compliance deadlinesCollecting payments from clientsPractice Manager DutiesFor the Practice Manager role, additional duties will include:Operational management of the firmSystems managementDevelopment of operational proceduresTraining staff on operational proceduresGovernance reporting - IPA and TPB complianceDeveloping and managing employee training plansRecruiting new staffGeneral HR complianceLeadership and training of your own team to keep up with the firms' significant growth.Please send your resume with a cover letter, customized to this application.
