You'll work closely with the Partners and the Board, providing crucial support to the senior leadership team while overseeing daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support to the Partners and senior leaders.
Collaborating with departments such as HR, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth business operations.
Managing and mentoring the administrative team.
Leading change management initiatives to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Skills & Experience Required: 3+ years' experience in a similar role within an accounting firm, with a proven track record of leadership and operational management.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and departments.
