We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Associate / Practice Leader to drive our Sunshine Coast office!
About the Role:Reporting to the Head of Family Law, Queensland this position will work with a small, close knit team based in Maroochydore, with the support of a large, national team of experienced and dedicated colleagues. A typical day will include:
Advising clients in relation to divorce & separation, property settlements, child support related matters, relocations and de-facto and same sex couples.Regular client contact that is empathetic and service and outcome focusedBuilding & maintaining strong client relationshipsBusiness development including building solid referral networksFile ManagementSupporting and supervising junior staffLiaising with a national team of highly experienced family layers in all aspects of day to day matters including professional practice.About You:You will:
