Full Time Competitive hourly rate Let us tell you about the role: As the Practice Leader, you will supervise a team of support professionals that deliver client quality of life outcomes.
This position facilitates high quality support through observation, modelling, coaching, and fostering teamwork between support professionals.
This role will lead the direct provision of services with a specific focus on building team capability to achieve the objectives of the organisation in a manner consistent and supportive of the organisation's strategic objectives, values, and purpose.
About you: Demonstrated motivation to work with people with disability and experience in a similar role. Available to fulfill a rotating roster including weekends and overnights. NDIS Worker Check. National Police Check. Australian Driver's license. First aid certificate. Up to date Covid vaccinations. We offer: Competitive hourly rate based on SCHADS Award 3.1 - 3.2 (pending qualifications and experience). Salary packaging - $15,900 for general and $2,650 for entertainment.
