About the Role As the Practice Lead – Clinical Educator, you will shape the future of aged care by developing and delivering education and training programs for our Seniors Living staff.
In this pivotal role, you'll:

Design and implement onboarding and competency-based learning modules. Drive clinical excellence by fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practice. Collaborate with external stakeholders to expand student placement opportunities. Develop policies and procedures aligned with national and international standards. Support research initiatives and maintain an education calendar to address industry needs. Reporting to the Manager – Seniors Living Governance, you'll contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation while upholding our mission and values.

About You To excel in this role, you'll bring:

A Degree in Nursing and current AHPRA registration. A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or willingness to work towards). At least five years' experience in aged care, with expertise in developing and evaluating education programs. Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards. Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Desirable Qualifications: Post-graduate qualifications in gerontic nursing, dementia care, quality assurance, or management. What We Require A current National Police Certificate. Up-to-date Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations (or ability to acquire).
