Clear Health Psychology is seeking a Full-time Practice Lead to support our growing team at Cannington and across our Perth metro practices.
This is a pivotal time to join us, contribute fresh ideas, and help maintain a smooth transition for the team and clients.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in NDIS and Medicare who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys a mix of hands-on work and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Area Manager, your role will involve:
Providing operational oversight for the Cannington practice.
Assisting with training new and casual staff .
Managing reception duties, including client invoicing, appointment bookings , and administrative tasks.
Collaborating with site directors and area managers on operational improvements .
Coordinating with property managers on facility-related matters.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the office, waiting areas, and kitchen.
Supporting the team by providing clear communication, problem-solving, and empathy.
What We Are Looking For
We're searching for someone with:
Proven experience in healthcare administration or reception .
Knowledge and experience in Medicare and NDIS systems (essential).
Intermediate computing skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite .
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
Strong organisational skills , attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
A caring and empathetic approach when dealing with clients and staff.
Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the practice.
