About this opportunity As a Practice Development Specialist, you will play a key role in remotely supporting Invisalign GP providers to drive growth and adoption of Invisalign and iTero intraoral scanners. Working collaboratively with field Sales, Clinical, and Customer Support teams, your mission will be to empower providers in scaling their practices and advancing their digital journey. This position is located on the east coast of Australia and will leverage phone, email, and virtual presentation tools to engage, support, and expand our network of providers.
In this role, you will… Customer Acquisition Follow up on leads generated through scheduled marketing events and activities, company events, marketing webinars, website contact forms, and field sales team.Support clinical education events by promoting events with customers and driving event registration.Attend sales meetings, exhibitions/conferences, and company events as required. Re-engagement Engage with active, certified providers to strengthen clinical confidence, foster case growth, and drive continuous usage of Invisalign and iTero products.Conduct regular outbound calls to providers, focusing on commercial activities, promotions, and engagement to stimulate new and ongoing product use throughout the year.Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with providers through consistent, proactive outreach via phone and email.Learn and maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on developments in dental and orthodontic equipment, enabling you to confidently support providers and discuss best practices.Provide all appropriate documentation and reporting via Salesforce. In this role, you'll need … Excellent active listening skills and easily build rapport.Previous internal sales experience or strong customer service skills in an outbound environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication tools, with an aptitude for learning product specifics and best practices.Ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others.Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.Proven track record of on-target achievement.Professional communication skills for workplace.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges, identifying decision-makers, and navigating complex situations.Excellent time management skills with a high level of self-motivation, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. This position is a fully remote position, working from home with some in-field visits from time to time. The successful candidate will be provided all technical equipment including a laptop, iPad, iPhone, and other essential equipment.
