Key Responsibilities

Practice Management responsibilities :

Management of client codes, work in progress and related client set upEnsuring accuracy and timeliness of timesheet entry / reportingProcessing invoices and updating Greatsoft as requiredIssuing debtor statements and follow up of outstanding amountsMaintaining a register of subscription and related costsTracking referral details to other divisionsCollating details for international reporting requirementsAssisting with process improvement projects and related implementation

Team Support Responsibilities

Diary management for Partners and PrincipalsAssisting Partners and Principals with maintaining complete and up-to-date CRM dataOrganising meetings, including preparation of agendas and supporting documentation, room bookings and invitations, taking minutes and following up on action items as requiredCoordinating travel, accommodation or catering as requiredSubmitting expense claimsAd hoc administration duties for the teamAssisting with organising team social functionsCoordinating onboarding of new employeesArranging software access for new starters and maintenance of user lists to ensure they are up to date

Other Responsibilities

Working with service line groups to improve template documents and align with best practiceAssisting with the organisation of key CF marketing and BD eventsCo-ordinating local and national training sessionsAssistance with preparation of client proposalsAssistance with preparation of CF marketing collateral

Strong organisational and communication skillsConfident self-starter with can do attitudeTeam playerMulti-taskerStrong attention to detailTechnically confident on a PC and using web based applicationsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamAdvanced Microsoft Office packages
