Our full-service offering combines unmatched top tier local capability complemented with an international platform.We have deep roots in Australia spanning almost 200 years and acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional owners and custodians of these lands and waters.Role DetailBased out of the Melbourne CBD office, with a balanced approach to work from home, this position provides an opportunity to support and contribute to the operations and strategic direction of our Practices and the design, implementation and continuous improvement of key projects and processes, for our Practices, partners and in particular for our B&F, M&A and RECE Practice Groups.Reporting to the Special Counsel – MP Practices, key responsibilities include:Contributing to and evolving the Practice Group operations for the B&F, M&A and RECE Practice Groups, including implementation of Practice Leader and Practice Group priorities, Practice Group Retreats, business and team planning and monitoring/reporting implementation, Town Halls, partner meetings and other regular operational activities.Contributing to the development and delivery of partnership-related projects including partnership admissions and partner onboarding/induction.Engaging with key stakeholders and facilitating the development and delivery of Practice Group and cross-Practice Group/firm initiatives.Engaging with internal stakeholders on the implementation and monitoring of strategic projects.About YouWith an excellence without arrogance ethos, and a natural curiosity to improve the status quo, this role offers variety and exposure to behind-the-scenes projects that is rare to find.
