We are a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and has a positive attitude.This full-time position in our Perth office will allow you to utilise your strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent administration and organisational abilities, and play an integral part in our growth and overall success.You will work closely with our Partners and fee earners, providing high-quality legal support to ensure the smooth running of the Commercial Litigation practice.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the Commercial Litigation practiceDiary management and extensive travel arrangementsPrepare and organise legal documents, including correspondence, briefs and trial materialsHard copy and e-filingClient liaison and communicationEmail managementBilling and expense managementTime entriesGenerating reportsMaintain client and matter records and databasesAd hoc administrative duties including printing, scanning and photocopyingWe're looking for someone:With 1+ years legal assistance experience within litigationWith strong attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage multiple stakeholders and prioritiesIntermediate Microsoft Office Suite, billing and document management system skillsWho is an effective communicator and possesses excellent organisational abilitiesWho is confident and self-motivatedA proficient problem solver, adept at identifying and resolving challengesA commitment to providing a high level of administrative support to the teamCollaborative, and able to work effectively as part of a teamWho is an Australian Citizen or permanent residentWhat's in it for youOpportunity for learning and development and internal career progressionBe mentored in a supportive environment, with access to quality work and professional development opportunitiesA fun, collaborative and high-performing team environment with regular social events, training days and team retreatsA competitive remuneration package, including equity pursuant to the Group's ESSAn extra week's leave, as part of our employee personal development programFull-day birthday leaveHow to Apply?We prefer to work directly with candidates.
