The role also involves working in the community to develop and enhance appropriate services for young people and their families and for developing partnerships with other service providers and the community.The Practice and Business Development Advisor understands program guidelines, legal requirements, and current philosophical and cultural aspects of service delivery and will work closely with and advise the Senior Leader – Your Journey on:Practice DevelopmentBusiness DevelopmentBranding PresenceDFFH policy and practiceDFFH networks and networks more broadlyThis role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer – Your Journey, for mentoring, practice, and business development. Designated Team Leaders – Your Journey report into this role.Desired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in a relevant Human Services and/or related behavioural sciences at degree level with substantial experience (at least 3 years) in the relevant service stream with direct capability in the delivery of services to young people experiencing complex behaviours.Established leadership skills with experience in leading and managing a team by inspiring confidence in and displaying behaviours in accordance with the organisation's values.A thorough understanding of the principles of co-design and consumer engagement, with demonstrated experience in utilising these to develop and manage outcomes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
