We are looking for an organised, reliable, honest, forward thinking, multi-tasking superstar to join our amazing admin team.
AIM Therapy for Children is a paediatric multidisciplinary therapy centre with main offices in Wembley, Joondalup and Canning Vale.
You will be working in a reception/administration position within a team of 6 administrators, in a fast-paced environment supporting a team of 36 therapists, consisting of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and Psychologists.
Job Description Our reception/administrators are the first point of contact for our families.
They are essential in being a reliable source of information regarding our services.
Duties include (but not limited to): Meeting and greeting families Answering phones and making appointments Outlook email inbox management Creating invoices HiCAPS and Medicare payments NDIS Funding Entering and scanning client data and documents Basic office maintenance including tidying and cleaning Skills and experience Essential Criteria: Allied Health Administration/Reception experience Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Excel Calendar management Impeccable time management skills Ability to prioritize workload High computer literacy skills High level of attention to detail Effective communication skills Ability to efficiently multitask and handle ad hoc duties as they arise throughout the day First Aid Certificate, WWC Check, NDIS Worker Screener and Police Clearance (or must be willing to get) Desirable Criteria: Power Diary Experience Completion of Medical Reception course highly regarded Job benefits and perks A fun and friendly team environment Collaborative and multidisciplinary team We pride ourselves on providing flexible work arrangements You will feel well supported with all your work carried out with AIM Therapy through regular meetings and training Regular team bonding opportunities, team meetings, birthdays and socials."
