About the Role As a Senior Recruitment/Principal Consultant , you'll be a key player in driving PRA's success. In collaboration with our management team, you'll lead the development of key accounts, uncover new business opportunities, and make your mark across the Project Services Space.

This role is your chance to shine as both a leader and mentor. You'll have the opportunity to guide and develop less experienced team members while paving your way toward management-level opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Hybrid Work : Operate out of our Sydney CBD office with flexible work-from-home options. Account Growth : Manage and grow key accounts, while building your client base in the Sydney market. Revenue Generation : Handle both contract and permanent roles, creating significant revenue streams. Relationship Building : Cultivate long-term client relationships and provide top-notch service to candidates. Market Expertise : Stay ahead of industry trends within your technical specialization. Content Creation : Use our cutting-edge automation tools to enhance your presence across platforms like LinkedIn, blogs, and email campaigns. What You Bring At least 5+ years experience in recruitment or sales with strong stakeholder engagement skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfort with using advanced automation tools for content and marketing strategies. Strong BD first approach. A knack for multitasking, attention to detail, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
