Our PR & communications team is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager (or an Account Manager now looking to step up), to help lead the team and manage our growing portfolio of global B2B clients across the energy, sustainability, health and technology industries.

**This role is a full time opportunity, working in a hybrid model from home and our offices in either Sydney or Melbourne.**

A Day In The Life Could Look Like This

Providing strategic communications advice to a growing portfolio of clientsDeveloping integrated communications strategies and leading the executionProblem solving and tackling complex and interesting issuesAlways learning, reading and sharing new ideasWorking alongside the best in the industryHelping to establish new ways of working to do things better and differentlyWorking with global clients that make a difference including Zoom, ABB and more.

The Ideal Person For This Role Will Possess

5+ years' experience working with B2B, technology and/or corporate brands in PR or an integrated communications roleBe a creative thinker with an eye for detail and passion to learn more about integrated communicationsExceptional client management skills and the ability to spot commercial opportunities to grow accountsDesire to build their career in communications, build their skills as a leader and grow their commercial and strategic thinkingDeep understanding of communications best practice and an ever-evolving knowledge of the changing content, communications and digital marketing landscapeAbility to motivate and manage a team to perform at the highest possible level and ensure they're bringing new ideas and opportunities to clientsAbility to develop communications strategies and programs to meet client objectivesAbility to coordinate with multiple teams and departmentsExperience managing talent and have great stakeholder engagement skillsExperience working on integrated campaigns, social, performance or content marketing would also be beneficial
