Pr Executive

Global PR agency, FleishmanHillard are looking for a PR Executive to join the consumer team. We produce stellar work and have an enviable culture.
Locally, we're part of a big creative group (TBWA) and regularly work alongside creatives, planners, digital, content and tech specialists to produce impressive campaigns in a fun, supportive environment.
Globally, we also operate as part of the Fleishman network of 85+ offices, providing opportunities to work alongside and learn from some of the best specialists from around the world.
Key Responsibilities include:

Conducting research to support pitch activities.
Providing effective administration support and completing assigned tasks to deadlines.
Liaising with suppliers, such as venues, photographers, printers, and press cutting agencies.
Performing basic media relations coordination, including creating media lists, conducting media research, updating the media database, and tracking forward features.
Preparation of press materials and press packs with guidance from supervisors.
Contributing to preparation and planning for projects including budget and program planning.
Possessing a basic understanding of public relations within a wider marketing mix.

We'd ideally like you to have the following experience:

PR experience in an agency environment.
Some social media experience with developing content plans, managing online communities, and analytical tools.
Core PR skills; from planning, writing, influencer, and media engagement.
Client management and an ability to work collaboratively with people from diverse disciplines.
