The opportunity entails a breadth of experiences to lead PR and Social Media for our beauty portfolio which includes world-famous brands like Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Olay and Herbal Essences.Your teamYou will report to our Beauty Team Brand Managers and work together with Haircare and Skincare Brand teams locally and in the region (Singapore and wider AMA region) and externally with Agency Partners.What success looks likeYou will need passion and strength in Public Relations and Social media marketing to help develop creative and innovation e-solutions to allow us to win with consumers.Responsibilities of the roleOwn
the Holistic Communications Strategy for P&G Beauty Portfolio and each brand - including Paid, Earned (Traditional/ Social Media/Influencer) PlansCollaborate
with Brand Managers to ensure cohesive roll-out of NPD, always-on activities to ensure efforts sync perfectly with marketing campaigns and business goals.
Work with external agency teams where needed to help execute traditional PR, Events, Influencer Contracts, campaign analysis and reporting needsBuild brand awareness and engagement
by leveraging UGC and Regional Brand Toolkits to create/design eye-catching, engaging content for various social media platforms (eg Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc).Develop and implement
influencer/ KOL strategies and social media calendars.
Analyse social media performance metrics.
Make data-driven recommendations to elevate the social game for each brandBe the Beauty category insights lighthouse for P&G to drive tangible actions : Stay on the cutting edge of social media trends and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Ensure maximum reach and engagement and suggest content formats and processes to evolve each channel.Job QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in PR / social media management, preferably in BeautyCreative thinker with a passion and deep understanding for social media platforms, trends and influencer relationship management.A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok newest features, as well as formats popular on the platforms.Experience in content creation, including social asset design and video editing.Knowledge of online and offline marketing channels and an understanding of their interplayJob ScheduleFull timeJob NumberR000115257Job SegmentationExecutives (Job Segmentation)
