About The Opportunity
The PPS (Post Placement Support) Consultant will contribute to the success of the Workforce Australia program by providing ongoing support to our participants and their employers to ensure that long-term employment outcomes are achieved.
The successful candidate will provide post-placement support across the Gippsland region and be responsible for:
Proactively building and maintaining effective relationships with Workforce Australia participants and employers, involving face-to-face, phone, and on-the-job support.
Identifying any barriers that may impact ongoing employment and addressing them promptly.
Monitoring work placements for jobseekers towards the achievement of monthly targets.
Achieving or exceeding all KPIs and applying an outcome-focused, high-performance approach to the role.
About You
Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people experiencing unemployment.
A strong ability to problem-solve and communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs.
Analytically minded and able to interpret complex data to achieve outcomes.
Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office are essential.
