YOUR NEXT COMPANY:
We are recruiting Site Manager roles for multiple commercial building companies around Adelaide and regional SA.
The companies range from fit out projects to large commercial new builds.

YOUR NEXT ROLE:
This great opportunity will involve the following:
Coordinate trades, sub-contractors, equipment and materials in line with the construction scheduling requirements.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications accurately.
Organise construction works and deliver quality results safely, on time and within budget.
Ability to offer constructive solutions and improvements.
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
Work with integrity and accountability.
ARE YOU A FIT?
To be considered successful, you will have experience with supervising commercial construction projects for commercial builders out of the ground to completion or for fit outs and refurbishments.
You will have hands-on experience, ideally with a trade background and good relationships with subcontractors.
You will have great programming skills, leadership abilities and be autonomous and great at communicating across various stakeholders.
