PLI, formerly Powerlift Industries, is a Pilbara-based leading service provider in the Mining and Resource industries.

Position Overview:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and focused Operations Coordinator to join our busy and growing team in Karratha.
The position will work cohesively with our Human Resource and Operations teams to efficiently coordinate the associated logistics of sourcing and mobilising our people across multiple contracts, sites, and projects, as well as provide generalist administrative duties.

This position will suit a highly motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail who takes pride in their work and likes to work in a busy team environment.

Requirements:
We are seeking candidates that are residential to Karratha or Dampier with prior experience in resource planning and mobilisation, preferably within the mining industry.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of planning operations.
Proficiency in the Office suite of products is preferred.
A systematic and organised work approach, along with the ability to independently solve problems within a team setting, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Booking flights and accommodation Scheduling and roster management for the workforce Onboarding and mobilisation for employees to project and client requirements Utilise relevant databases and systems to ensure information is accurately uploaded and tracked Facilitating a positive onboarding experience for all employees Coordinating staff competency (police clearances, medical etc.)
processes Scheduling inductions and training for all staff Uploading documentation into internal and external systems or platforms Effective communication of information to staff and Clients Provide generalist duties and tasks including maintaining records and database systems Provide support to all areas of the business Skills and Experience:
To be considered for this position you will need to meet the following requirements:
Residential to Karratha or Dampier Current and Valid Driver's Licence Demonstrate experience in mobilisation and scheduling Willingness to learn and take direction Be professionally presented with high verbal and written skills Positive "can do" attitude Demonstrate initiative and the desire and drive to learn The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously Strong attention to detail with well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal Computer and I.T skills Previous experience with Microsoft Office suite What We Offer:
