Ampcontrol has a unique opportunity for a customer-centric operational leader to drive the performance and strategic growth of our NSW & QLD Field Service business.

As the Power Systems Field Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading this exciting portfolio, which is a key aspect of the company's strategic growth agenda.

Reporting directly to the General Manager Service, the role provides operational and strategic leadership to a multi-disciplinary team across High Voltage and Underground Field Service.

This role has accountability for the strategic development, operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and financial performance with core responsibilities including:


Deliver activities supported by our Service teams that comply with the outcomes of internal HSEQ systems, site requirements, and relevant authorities.Leadership and management of a diverse multi-disciplinary team.Delivery and execution of operational business plans.Deliver on financial expectations.Delivery and execution of strategic initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
