Why Work with This Company?Be part of impactful, high-profile projects in renewable energy.Join a team of experts who are passionate about Power Systems Engineering.Access growth opportunities with mentorship and leadership development programs tailored to all experience levels.Core Responsibilities:Develop and execute detailed models for static, dynamic, and electromagnetic analyses.Perform comprehensive power system studies, including RMS and EMT analyses.Conduct grid connection studies and model validation for wind farms and other renewable energy projects.Design control and protection systems for renewable energy solutions.Oversee project deliverables, managing resources and timelines effectively.Provide technical mentoring and support to junior engineers.Required Qualifications and Skills:Essential for all candidates: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of industry experience (additional experience required for senior-level roles).Proficiency with power system analysis tools such as PSSE, PSCAD, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, or ETAP.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred but not mandatory: Postgraduate degree in Engineering.Knowledge of Python; experience with FORTRAN is a bonus.CPEng or NER professional registration.Experience in project management and leading teams.Familiarity with protection and earthing system design, including CDEGS modeling.Willingness to contribute to multidisciplinary projects and comprehensive client solutions.Published research or active engagement in technical industry communities.If you're passionate about renewable energy and want to make a tangible difference in the power systems field, this opportunity is for you.
