Together we can harness potential to create a prosperous future.The OpportunityThis is an exciting position for a Power Platform Developer to join the IT&S team at WesCEF. Reporting to the Analytics and Development Manager, you will be focusing on the development, support and governance of power platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, and the governance of Dynamics CRM environments.You will get the chance to come onboard and deliver green field projects with emerging tech. With a focus on automation and productivity gains, this opportunity will give you enticing technical and professional development.Other responsibilities will also include:Assist in evaluating new opportunities and the development of business systems to achieve business objectives.Determine operational feasibility by evaluating the problem definition, requirements, proposed solutions and cost/benefit analysis.Develop Power Platform solutions by understanding the requirement, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes.Develop documentation, flow charts, layouts, diagrams, code comments.Develop work plans and report progress against development milestones.Provide assistance, guidance and technical support to end users on Power Platform and Dynamics environments.Track and report progress on resolving service requests related to MS Power Platform.This is a full-time fixed term role for 6 months, commencing in early March 2025.About YouRelevant tertiary requirements in Computer Science or relevant field.Demonstrated experience in a similar role in Information Systems/Technology.Experience in Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate.Experience with Power portals, AI builder and Power BI – Beneficial.Knowledge of working with API or Rest services.Previous experience in configuration and power platform extensions to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.Why WesCEFWe are committed to building an engaged and talented workforce that is representative of the people who live in the communities where we operate.
