Further information about our values, workplace and culture can be found at www.wapha.org.au/joinourteam/ About The role  The purpose of this role is managing, maintaining, and optimizing Microsoft's Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
The primary focus is ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of Power Platform solutions, supporting Wapha's digital transformation initiatives.
Additionally, the role involves leveraging knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), GitHub, and foundational understanding of Dynamics 365.
Integration of AI basics and website management further enhances their responsibilities.
By incorporating AI capabilities into Power Platform solutions and managing website operations, including content updates and user experience enhancements, the administrator will play a vital role in driving innovation and improving organisational productivity.
This role will be offered as an on-going position on a full-time basis and offers the flexibility to work from home and office.
Key tasks and responsibilities: Manage and administer Power Platform environments (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Implement and maintain security policies, permissions, and role assignments.
Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations.
Coordinate deployment of solutions (apps, flows, reports) across environments.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot user issues, and conduct training sessions.
Establish and enforce governance policies and compliance standards.
Manage data connections and integrations with other systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365).
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI for insights and analytics.
Ensure timely updates and patches, coordinate with IT and stakeholders.
Develop and customize Power Apps, both canvas apps and model-driven apps, utilising the capabilities of the Power Apps platform and its components to create intuitive user interfaces and efficient workflows.
Stay updated on Power Platform features, propose enhancements for process optimization.
About you To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following selection criteria: Essential experience and education  Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in configuring and managing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI environments.
Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365).
Experience implementing security, compliance, and governance frameworks in Power Platform.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation tasks is advantageous.
Knowledge of data integration and management between Power Platform and other systems.
Experience in deploying and managing solutions across development and production environments.
At least 3 years of experience of other relevant technologies and languages, such as SQL, Dataverse, JavaScript, or C#, to enhance the development and integration and automation capabilities of Power Platform solutions.
At least 3 years of experience of integrating Power Platform solutions with healthcare-specific systems, such as electronic health record (EHR) systems or health information exchanges (HIEs).
What we offer  Hybrid working arrangement that combines remote work (3-4 days per week) with office presence in our modern Subiaco office (1-2 days per week).

Salary packaging - WAPHA's arrangement allows for a maximum of $15,900 for general living expenses and $2,650 for entertainment benefits per fringe benefit tax year.
