Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Power BI Analyst to join their innovative team.

You'll be designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualisations that support business goals.
You'll also develop data models and transformation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency, troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports, and analyse data to produce both regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.

You'll work closely with IT teams to integrate Power BI solutions with existing systems and engage with stakeholders to translate their needs into effective data visualisations.
Additionally, you'll manage and maintain performance reports, support projects through administrative tasks such as preparing reports and presentations, and coordinate team operations, including arranging meetings and functions.

To excel in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with proven experience in developing and managing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong skills in data modelling, data transformation using Power Query, and proficiency in DAX for calculated columns and measures are essential.
Your ability to handle large datasets, optimise Power BI performance, and apply data visualisation best practices will be highly valued.
Effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial, as is the ability to work independently.
Python skills are also highly desirable.
