We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Power BI Data Analyst to join our telecommunications Business Systems team. Reporting to Lead Business Analyst, you will work with the team supporting the architecture and design of the division's data, specifically related to Dynamics 365 Field Services, used in our operations. Additionally, you will be supporting stakeholders and users, Business Intelligence and report design. In this role you'll be responsible for: Connecting data sources, importing data, data integration, data warehousing, modelling, database, and technical aspects of BI tools Develop BI reports for providing insights to improve decision-making Maintaining existing reporting to ensure fit for purpose Coordinating reporting inputs from stakeholders to complete continuous improvements Advising on data accuracy to internal and external stakeholders Using Power Query and DAX to extract and transfer data in preparation for reporting Conduct User Acceptance Testing within Power BI prior to publishing. About you To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following: Experience of data modelling for Power BI Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and advanced visualization creation Proven ability to work collaboratively, prioritize workload and meet deadlines Power BI Report development experience in developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards Experience of stakeholder management and requirement gathering Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership.
