What you'll be doing: Effectively managing a small portfolio of residential rental properties and growing it. Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring properties are well-maintained. Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, and overseeing vendors. Advertising vacant properties and managing the leasing process. Handling tenant inquiries, applications, and move-in/move-out procedures. Collecting and processing rent payments, and addressing any rent arrears. Preparing and administering lease agreements and other legal documentation. Ensuring compliance with all relevant residential tenancy laws and regulations. What we're looking for: A fun, happy attitude is top of the list! Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management or a related field. Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in using property management software and database systems.
