Postdoctoral Research Positions – Unsw-Anu-Gfdl Arc Discovery Project

Postdoctoral research positions – UNSW-ANU-GFDL ARC Discovery Project There are currently 2 x postdoctoral research appointments under a joint UNSW-ANU-GFDL ARC Discovery Projectaiming to understand the processes driving warm water intrusions onto the Antarctic continental shelf.
One position will be located at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia; the other at the Australian National University In Canberra, Australia. Bothappointmentsare funded initially for two years, with strong potential for an extension into a third year.
Thesuccessful candidates will work with the project team including Prof. Matthew England (UNSW), Prof Andy Hogg (ANU), Dr Paul Spence (UNSW), Dr Adele Morrison (ANU) and Dr Stephen Griffies (GFDL).
