This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to advanced research and develop your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
In this role, you will engage in research on designing mobile energy hubs, energy systems integration, resilience analysis, and developing digital twin models and AI-enabled algorithms.
You will conduct lab and field tests, analyse data, publish your findings, and prepare technical reports.
Additionally, you will assist with funding proposals, engage in limited administrative functions related to your research, develop research-related teaching materials, and provide guidance to postgraduate students.

Position Requirements Completion of a PHD degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
Demonstrated ability to engage in research areas of power system operation, planning and resilience.
Good programming skills (e.g.
GAMS, Python, Matlab).
Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and in multidisciplinary teams.
Proven ability to undertake comprehensive investigative research work, demonstrating expertise and skill in research methods.
