will collaborate closely with the Chief Investigator and other members of The Australian Research Council (ARC) Centre of Excellence for Indigenous Futures (ARC-IFC) research team to contribute to evidence-based trans-sectoral policy reform aimed at enhancing educational and economic outcomes for Indigenous peoples.Your research projects will be grounded in principles of Indigenous rights, excellence, and self-determination.Your contributions will focus on projects centered around Indigenous education, identifying barriers to Indigenous success, and exploring pathways to survivance.You will also work on establishing the conditions necessary for effective Indigenous-led economies and businesses.Your efforts will support both the specific objectives of the Theme and the broader goals of the Centre.In your role, you will co-design and conduct research projects, producing high-quality research outputs that align with the ARC-IFC's objectives.You will employ relational and transdisciplinary Indigenous research methodologies, participate in applications for competitive research funding, and contribute to the Centre's knowledge transfer efforts.This includes translating data and other forms of knowledge for Indigenous communities and other stakeholders.About you: You are a dedicated and passionate researcher with a strong commitment to improving the educational and economic outcomes for Indigenous peoples.You possess a deep understanding of Indigenous rights, excellence, and self-determination, and you are driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact through evidence-based policy reform.You have experience working within multidisciplinary teams and can collaborate effectively with the Chief Investigator and other research team members to advance outcomes for Indigenous Australians.Your expertise includes employing relational and transdisciplinary Indigenous research methodologies, resulting in high-quality research outputs.To be successful you will possess: Research excellence : a demonstrated track record of conducting innovative and impactful research, evidenced by a strong publication record in reputable journals and conferences.Expertise in research methodologies : proficiency in advanced research methodologies relevant to the field of expertise, ensuring rigorous and high-quality research.Collaborative mindset : ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse research team and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary projects, fostering a productive and supportive research environment.Research funding acumen : proven ability to secure research grants and funding opportunities to support research projects, highlighting the candidate's capacity to attract external funding.Societal impact : evidence of research with broader
