The TTRC has a vision to enact positive social change through education by conducting rigorous, relevant and meaningful educational research.
The Role In this role you will:
Collaborate in development and implementation of research projects, including data collection, analysis (quantitative and/or qualitative) and interpretation.Contribute to outputs in high quality refereed journals consistent with the discipline.This one-year full time fixed term position (with a possibility for extension) will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).
How will you become part of our community? The successful candidate will have:
A doctoral qualification (or submitted thesis) or equivalent accreditation and standing in Education or related social science discipline with a focus on Education.A demonstrated record of publication in high-quality outlets.Demonstrated experience with quantitative and/or qualitative research, including data collection, analysis and interpretation.A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated high-level organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively, with flexibility and resilience to manage competing demands and deadlines.Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.Capacity for self-directed and collaborative work.Capacity for some inter-state and intra-state travel, as required for data collection, conferences and stakeholder meetings.A valid NSW driver's licence.A current Working with Children Clearance.How will we support you? The remuneration for this position is from $112,717 + 17% superannuation.
