In support of our strategic priority of Indigenous Australian success, Aboriginal Australians and Torres Strait Islander people who are not QUT staff are also eligible and encouraged to apply.Who are we looking for?We are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join School of Design, Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice.We are currently seeking applicants for a Research Fellow to undertake research as part of the project, Designing Distanced Intergenerational Interaction with Tangible Technology.
This collaborative project is shared between Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice (Design), Faculty of Science (HCI), and RMIT (Education), and funded through the ARC Discovery program.The research fellow will manage the project and conduct research that requires an overview of the whole project, for example meta-analysis of the data.They should have a strong background in data analysis but may come from the fields of design, HCI, psychology, or intergenerational or related research, and may be involved in PhD supervision relevant to their expertise.This position reports to the Lead CI Professor Thea Blackler for career planning, development, and performance expectations.We're offering this role as a hybrid position as part of QUT's commitment to embracing the opportunities created by a more virtual and connected world.About usQUT is a major Australian university with a global outlook and a 'real world' focus.
