Working at CQUniversity We are seeking a highly motivated and talented postdoctoral researcher to join our team.
This position offers a unique opportunity to study coastal and wetland birds, with a focus on the critically endangered Capricorn Yellow Chat.
Applicants with a Ph D in Ecology, Ornithology, Zoology, Wildlife Biology or Conservation Biology are welcome, and applicants with specific research expertise in wetland or coastal birds will be highly regarded.
In this role, you will conduct research under limited supervision, either independently or as part of a team, contributing to conference and seminar papers and publications.
You will participate in professional activities, including attending conferences and seminars, and undertake limited administrative functions related to your research.
You will develop research-related material for teaching with guidance, conduct advanced experimental design and research procedures, and attend relevant meetings and committee memberships.
