We are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate /Research Fellow in applied or public health breast cancer research to help achieve the mission and vision of the BREAST Australia research team with the Sydney School of Health Sciences.
Our research group is dedicated to advancing healthcare through cutting-edge research and innovation.
Our mission is to improve the accuracy and efficiency of early breast cancer detection using state-of-the-art medical imaging technologies.
Your key responsibilities will be to: Engage in research either independently or as part of a research team Maintain a research profile which meets University expectations and standards Provide training to other academic staff on research skills Supervise postgraduate and honours research students Co-ordinate various administrative tasks associated with research projects Have applied or public health cancer research background, with breast cancer being preferred About you: Completed a Ph.
D.
in either applied breast cancer research, public health breast cancer research, in Clinical Medical Imaging, or a relevant discipline Background in breast imaging preferred; other clinical medical imaging background will be considered Demonstrated experience or knowledge in working effectively with a variety of experts in different fields A peer-reviewed publication track record that emphasizes quality publications Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in a team environment How to apply: Applications (including a cover letter, CV, and any additional supporting documentation) can be submitted via the Apply button at the top of the page.
