About the opportunity?  This is a leadership role within our delivery frontline operation, leading a team to prioritise safety, service, and cost.
You'll also Provide high level advice and support coordination to assist the Delivery Manager and facility staff Drive performance and process improvement initiatives Assist in the Implementation and monitoring of all facets of Australia Post's Diversity and OH&S Policies and Procedures Assist with the processing and delivery of letters and parcels as needed Coach and where needed conduct performance conversations About you?  You're motivated and able to bring the best out of people under your leadership.
You'll also need Strong leadership and team building experience Experience in coaching and mentoring co-workers  Strong customer service focus involving direct contact with customers  Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment Proven experience of prioritising, planning and scheduling.
