Permanent Post Sales Administrator role, based in Osborne Park.
HAYS are currently working with a well-known building supplier based in Osborne Park.
The role is Post Sales Administrator and it is a permanent position, paying up to $80k + super depending on experience.Your new roleAs the Post Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to all incoming enquiries from both builders and retail customers.
Your day-to-day will include, but will not be limited to;Allocating cases to the right team members and/or departments.Scheduling and coordination of inspections with the inspections team.Handling general post sales enquiries.Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and analysis.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience in a similar role and your exceptional attention to detail will lead you to your success, as will;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case/job management software.Strong analytical skills.What you'll get in returnYou will be joining a close-knit, people-focused business who value their employees.
